Here’s the yearly update, see you again in 2021 (assuming we make it through 2020). For the manga, we decided to go with the tank version due to updated art. The new version of chapter 1 was uploaded to Mangadex a few days ago. The whole tank has been translated since last month so go bother Marv if you want to see the rest faster.

On another note, I’d like to inform everyone about the current ongoing Invaders of the Rokujouma!? Print Edition Kickstarter. It’s my absolute favorite light novel series and I can’t recommend it enough.

While the project had reached its funding goal since the very first day, I believe that more people should learn about this wonderful series. The first 24 volumes are completely free to read on J-Novel Club’s website so please do try it. And if you end up falling in love with it like me, do consider becoming a backer as it’s your best chance to own this series in print.

Here’s the next chapter. It took a bit longer than my two weeks estimate at least it wasn’t three weeks. Manga chapter 2 is out in Japan so I’ll be working on that and it should be finished sometime this week. The next chapter is about half of this chapter’s length so expect it to come out a bit faster.

This marks the end of angry princess vol 1. Thank you for reading and I’m sorry that it took this long.

I’d like to remind everyone that this is just a fanTL full of errors and mistakes. If you enjoyed the story, please consider buying the Japanese version or suggest this as a potential project for English publishers through any way you can.

Last chapter, two things were brought up in the comment section and I’ll address them here. Firstly, about the existence of aggregate sites stealing the contents to monetize them. This is against the reason I started this site in the first place, however, there’s nothing I can do about it beside measures that would annoy readers (like random watermark lines). I plan to just let it be and hope that people realize how scummy those sites are and give them no views.

Secondly, yes, I’ll continue on to volume 2 as long as there’s no official licensing by the time I get to it. But, I’ll be doing another novel next for a change of pace. It will be a yuri novel as a heads-up. I know it’s a lot different than angry princess but I hope you stick around.

This took a bit longer than I expected so sorry about that. The only things left in volume 1 is a short epilogue and afterwords so expect it tomorrow or the day after. Also as a note, I made a pretty stupid mistake and got the prince’s name wrong this whole time and only caught it on the last chapter (thanks muge). His actual name is Rocheford (ド) not Rochefort (ト).

As usually go buy the book if you like it to support the author/illustrator. muge even made a stupid page for it now.
